We are pleased to announce that Damon Wyllie of Knight Frank Auckland has successfully negotiated a design build lease. Southpark Corporation construct new premises for FCI VISA Global Logistics Limited.
The new building at Southpark Place, Penrose will comprise 2,500 sqm of bulkstore and 400 sqm of offices.
ISA Global Logistics intend to relocate their premises from Albany and chose the Penrose site due to its central location and close proximity to motorway access and the Auckland Ports.
VISA Global Logistics was founded 28 years ago and is now the largest privately Australasian owned International freight forwarding Company.
Whilst the business has been built on providing freight forwarding and clearance services in Australia and New Zealand VISA Global Logistics also operate in Italy, China and the USA.
